Welcome to Mirupa. By accessing this website and using its services, you accept these terms of use and sale. Please read them carefully.

1. Service overview

Mirupa provides an online morphology analysis service and generates personalized nutrition / training plans, powered by artificial intelligence. The service has two tiers:

• Free report: basic analysis, accessible at no cost.
• Premium report (€5.99): in-depth analysis, one-time payment, lifetime access to the generated report.

2. Indicative nature of results

The analyses, nutrition plans and training programs provided by Mirupa are strictly indicative. They do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription.

Before any significant change to your diet or physical activity — particularly if you are pregnant, a minor, recovering, or suffer from a chronic condition (diabetes, cardiac issues, eating disorders, etc.) — you must consult a healthcare professional.

3. Registration and access

Access to the service does not require account creation. You simply provide the information needed to generate the report and an email address to receive it. You warrant the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Pricing and payment (Premium)

The Premium report is offered at €5.99 incl. tax, as a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant secure provider. Mirupa does not store any banking data.

5. Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with your express consent, which is the case for the Premium report delivered immediately after payment.

Nevertheless, Mirupa offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if the report does not meet your expectations, write to contact@mirupa.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

6. Intellectual property

The generated report is delivered to you for personal and private use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it without prior authorization.

The site as a whole — including its text, algorithms, design and architecture — remains the exclusive property of Mirupa.

7. Liability

Mirupa undertakes to do everything possible to provide a reliable and quality service, but cannot be held liable for:

• The consequences of misinterpretation or misapplication of recommendations
• Inaccurate information provided by the user
• Temporary unavailability of the service
• Any indirect damages (data loss, loss of revenue, etc.)

8. Modification of terms

Mirupa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the date of use of the service.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
