Write to us at contact@mirupa.com with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label. Refund within 5 business days of receiving the object.

2-year warranty

Every object is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In case of a fault or defect, we repair, replace or refund.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and write to us: we send a replacement without waiting for the return.
